Daniel and Jordan’s wedding day at Leopold’s Mississippi Gardens was absolutely magical and everything a couple could hope for – joyful, emotional, and full of the people they love most. Even with a heat advisory and a high of 96 degrees, these two didn’t let anything stop them from soaking up every second of their perfect day.
From London to “I Do”
Their story took a beautiful turn last fall in London, where Daniel proposed to Jordan during a trip that clearly holds a special place in their hearts. That same sense of adventure and connection was woven through every part of their wedding day – from heartfelt vows to spontaneous laughter with their favorite people.
A Day Surrounded by Love (and Nature)
One of the things Daniel and Jordan were most looking forward to on their wedding day was having all their favorite people in one place. There was so much joy in the air with all of their family and lifelong friends gathered together to celebrate them! They were just missing their sweet pup, Jax! (unfortunately, a 96 degree day is not very dog-friendly so he had to hang back).
As nature lovers, they couldn’t have picked a more perfect wedding venue. Leopold’s Mississippi Gardens offered the most stunning backdrop for their ceremony, with towering trees, lush greenery, and a peaceful view of the lake making it feel like a little hidden garden oasis. The venue’s spacious grounds gave us so many dreamy outdoor spots to photograph these two, and let’s just say, they made it easy.
Dancing, Laughing, and Celebrating the Night Away
After the sweetest ceremony overlooking the lake, we ran back into the cool AC and the celebration kicked into full gear. Their reception was filled with so much energy – heartfelt toasts, happy tears and nonstop laughter. Instant Request DJ brought the party vibe and kept the dance floor full all night. From their first dance to the final song, Daniel and Jordan were fully in the moment, surrounded by their favorite people and soaking in every bit of the fun. It was one of those nights you never want to end!
A Perfect Start to Forever
When they’re not planning a wedding, Daniel and Jordan love hitting up breweries, taking walks with their dog Jax, catching games, watching their favorite shows, and traveling. Their wedding day was a reflection of all that – fun, meaningful, full of heart, and so them. I feel so lucky to have captured the beginning of this next chapter in their lives!
